Merry Christmas!

It is Christmas Eve and everything is wrapped so I decided to take a moment to upload a couple of photos. I hope you have a blessed Christmas. Hope to see you soon!

Spring Beads Trunk Show

Tomorrow we will be back at Spring Beads in Old Town Spring from 10:00 - 5:00. I hope the weather cooperates. One thing about this area is that the weather is constantly changing so we will have to wait until morning to see what it is going to be like.
Here is a new bead and I have quite a few "Pandora" style beads that I will bring with me too.
Hope to see you tomorrow!

New Toy

I got my Christmas present early. Isn't she pretty? I have been so busy since she got here that I really haven't had time to play with her yet. It took a trip to the welding store to connect everything properly and I hope to see how hot she will get tomorrow.
Thanks everyone who came to see us at Fads 'N Phases. We had a great time visiting with everyone and playing with all of our beads. Thank you Marla!
Have a great week!

Tomorrow is the Trunk Show at Fad's N Phases. This is the last of the new beads for the week. I have to get the car loaded and the price tags complete. It should be fun!

Here are a few from yesterday. I love the first one and just might have to keep it unless I make something else I like better. My newest beads are usually my favorite beads. I hope to have new inventory for the trunk shows the next 2 Saturdays.

Glass

I love the way the colors reacted with the silver in this bead. It is so much fun to get up in the morning to see what is in my kiln. I am trying to make new beads for the Trunk shows the next 2 weekends. We will in in Old Town Spring at Spring Beads again on the 15th. Thanks Deena! She has a great bead store too.

More new beads!

Trunk Show Beads

Our local ISGB Chapter is having another trunk show next Saturday, December 8th at Fads 'N Phases. Here is a link with the information. It will be fun and there will be tons of beads to pick from. http://www.fadsnphases.com/index_Page1289.htm
I have been on a green kick lately trying to get the perfect color. I will have plenty of beads at the show that are not green but these are the most recent ones.

Thanksgiving

We had a quiet Thanksgiving with family and leftovers for 4 days. I made my first apple pie which surprised my daughter but my Mom and Aunt always made the pies in my family. It wasn't too bad for my first one.
Now that the sun is shining, I will add new bead photos soon.
Have a good week!

Naming Beads

The trunk show last weekend was fun! Thank you Deena and staff for being such great hosts. Our group spent the day in a beautiful bead shop and sold our beads to other jewelry designers.
Here are a couple of new ones. The photos aren't the greatest but hopefully, at least the colors will show. Other artists have the most clever names for their beads but for some reason, I have a difficult time naming them. I usually just include details in my titles so I can remember what they were.
Have a great weekend!

Trunk Show Beads

Trunk Show

There is a new bead store located in Old Town Spring behind the Doll Hospital. The owner of the store has generously offered to host our local ISGB chapter for a Trunk Show next Saturday, November 10 from 10:00 to 5:00. The store carries all the goodies to make whatever your heart desires so be sure to drop by.
These beads are from the last couple of days.

Biagi

These are so much fun! I ordered mandrels so I could make the large holed beads for all the European style bracelets. They can also be worn on a chain as a necklace. Look for more of these soon.

Knitted Hat

I have had the desire to knit lately and this is my very first hat. I am sending it to my daughter to keep her head warm because she is going to need warm clothes in New York. Our winters are usually very mild but I do love the first real cold front when I can pull my sweaters out of hiding.

Booth Shot

Thanks everyone who came to see me a the show. The weather wasn't what we had hoped for but it could have been a lot worse. It started raining about an hour before it was over so we had to pack up in a hurry.
Here is a photo of my booth. I made it smaller than normal in case it did rain.

IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN!!!

The Market Street Art Show is tomorrow and they are predicting rain. I hope it either rains tonight or waits until Sunday and each time I check the forecast, they change it. The rain date for the show is the 20th but I am ready now. I'll stop whining now.
Here are a couple of more. I finally figured out how to put text in my photos because a friend bought one of these this morning before I had a chance to post it.
Have a great weekend!
